RUSSIAN TRAVEL LAWS AND REGULATIONS 

We receive a lot of calls that pertain to some supposed problem that some Russian citizen (an attractive young lady or a young supposedly gay man) claims to have with arranging his or her travel to another country.

Recently, more and more of our customers and callers have been asking us to confirm for them the various custom requirements for Russian citizens trying to fly out of Russia into another country. 

Here are among the most often requested:

• does a person need to show some amount of cash to prove that they can support themselves overseas?
• does a person need to pay off all loan before he or she can leave Russia?
• does a person need to pay a fine if he or she forgot to declare something?
